The service

BobWork Email Warm-up (the "Service") warms up email mailboxes you connect by exchanging automatically generated emails between the mailboxes connected to your account, as described on the strategy page. The Service is provided free of charge; we may introduce paid plans later with notice.

Your account and mailboxes

• You must be entitled to connect each mailbox you add and to let the Service send and organise warm-up email in it.
• Credentials you provide are used only to operate the Service. Keep your sign-in email secure; anyone with access to it can access your account.
• Free accounts may connect up to 20 mailboxes. A mailbox can belong to one account at a time.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to send anything other than its own warm-up emails, to warm mailboxes you do not control, to evade provider policies, or to interfere with the service or other users. We may pause or remove mailboxes or accounts that abuse the service.

What to expect

Warm-up improves sending reputation over time but no outcome is guaranteed. Mailbox providers decide placement; your own sending practices, domain authentication and content matter as much as warm-up.

Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is" and may change, pause or stop. We will try to give notice of material changes. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months (zero on the free plan).

Termination

You can stop at any time by removing your mailboxes or asking us to delete your account at info@bobwork.ai. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it, including Google user data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
