What that looks like
For a new account with 10 free mailboxes. Accounts created before 27 October 2026 keep 20 free and pay less.
Yearly is 10 times the monthly price. For example, 480 extra mailboxes cost $960 a month, or $9,600 a year.
Default limit is 200 mailboxes per account. For 500 or 1,000+, email info@bobwork.ai for a higher limit.

Outbound credits
Credits are only used when an email actually sends, and are refunded automatically if it fails. Replies stop the sequence; unsubscribes and bounces are handled for you.

Free extras
Inbox (one inbox for all your mailboxes, warm-up mail hidden), the API and the MCP server are free. The free tools (SPF, DKIM, DMARC and blacklist checkers) need no account.

Is warm-up really free?
Yes. Up to 10 mailboxes per account warm up free, with no time limit. We built it for our own mailboxes; the story is here.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You only add billing when you connect mailbox number 11, or buy credits to send with Outbound.
How is this cheaper than other warm-up tools?
Most warm-up tools charge per mailbox, per month, from the first mailbox. Here the first 10 are free, and after that it's $5 to $2 per mailbox. See the comparisons.
What's the minimum top-up?
$5, which sends 2,500 Outbound emails. Packs are $5, $10, $25 or $100.
Do credits expire?
No. Unused credits stay on your account.
Can I get a refund?
Credits are non-refundable except where the law requires it, or if we discontinue a feature (then we refund unused credits). Full details in the terms.
